2004 Suzuki Burgman An-400 Engine, Transmission, Rear Wheel, Exhaust + R Brake on 2040-parts.com
Katy, Texas, United States
This is a used engine, transmission, rear wheel, rear brakes and exhaust from a Suzuki Burgman AN-400. I am not sure of the mileage, but this is in good working condition and came off of a 2004 model year that was in a front end wreck and has been in storage since late 2005. You can see some scrapes on the outside of the transmission housing and the tire condition is unknown given its age. This will ship via freight at buyer's expense. We can obtain a quote for shipment upon request. |

Saab on brink of closing after GM rejects rescue plan
Mon, 19 Dec 2011Saab Automobile filed for bankruptcy on Monday and is on the brink of shutting for good after former owner General Motors rejected a rescue plan. The move sets the scene for the end of Saab's struggle to survive after months of hastily drawn-up deals for a company that hasn't made a vehicle in months. The latest plan involved Chinese automaker Zhejiang Youngman Lotus Automobile, but this was vetoed by GM, still a key Saab supplier, over the weekend "After having received the recent position of GM on the contemplated transaction with Saab Automobile, Youngman informed Saab Automobile that the funding to continue and complete the reorganization of Saab Automobile could not be concluded," Saab's Dutch owner, Swedish Automobile, said in a statement.
Volkswagen XL Sport Concept gets Ducati power: Paris 2014
Thu, 02 Oct 2014The Volkswagen XL Sport Concept (pictured) gets Ducati power The Volkswagen XL 1 may well be an impressive ‘Supercar’ (that’s super-economical, rather than plain ‘super’), but it’s a daft amount of money and, unless you’re trying to make a ‘Green’ statement, not for everyone. But this Volkswagen XL Sport Concept is a more appealing car – both visually and mechanically – as VW take the XL 1 and rework it in to a sports car with a little help from Ducati. Because under the skin of the XL Sport lies a 197bhp V2 that’s come from Ducati (just as we reported a year ago) and delivers 197bhp through a seven-speed dual-clutch ‘box, with a reduction gear between engine and gearbox to boost torque, revs to 1,000 rpm and can get to 62mph in 5.7 seconds on its way to a top speed of 157mph.
