•    All returns must be made and will be accepted within 14 days of item being received by customer ONLY if the item is non-functional or it differs substantially from the description!

•    Customers are full responsible for returning back the merchandise, on their expense. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable! Most of my products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price less my shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us. All returns are subject to 20% restocking charge.
