We have tested this remote, following an electronics expert's testing method, and the IR beam works as it should.  If it does not work when you receive it, you may have bought the wrong remote control for your device OR

 the remote sensor on your device may be bad.  Contact us through "I WANT TO ASK THE SELLER A QUESTION" should you have this happen.  DO NOT OPEN A "NOT AS DESCRIBED DISPUTE" because the remote may be working

 properly but may not be the right one for your device or the remote sensor on your device is not working.   Neither has anything to do with the remote not being as described.

Shipping will be by USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail (your choice) with tracking.   

RETURNS

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT ONLY IF NOT AS DESCRIBED (DOA). 

All items are shipped with a "Warranty Void If Removed" label.  If this label is tampered with or is not present on the remote you return to us, we will not issue a refund and the incident will be reported to eBay.   Returned "DOA" remotes will be retested to confirm non-working condition.  If they check out as working, we will refund the return, but will not refund the original postage.
