Hyundai HND-9 Concept at Seoul Motor Show
Thu, 21 Mar 2013The Hyundai HND-9 is a concept coupe from Hyundai, heading for the Seoul Motor Show at the end of March, and probably previews the next Genesis Coupe. The Hyundai HND-9 is, according to Hyundai, the ‘Latest luxury sports coupe’, which we assume means the HND-9 is pointing at the next generation Genesis Coupe, a car we don’t (yet) get in the UK. The HND-9 gets an evolution of Hyundai’s fluidic design (although, unlike the latest Santa Fe where Hyundai decided the new design was called ‘Storm’, the HND-9′s design doesn’t get a name) which Hyundai say is a modern reinterpretation of an elegant classic premium sports coupe.
Audi Q1 (2016) tiny SUV confirmed by Audi
Mon, 02 Dec 2013By Damion Smy First Official Pictures 02 December 2013 15:50 The Audi Q1 has been confirmed by the German car maker as part of its expansion to a 60-model line-up by 2020 – including a glut of which will be Q-badged SUVs. The letter Q, of course, is the designation for the brand’s SUV line-up, which currently kicks-off with the Audi A3-based Q3. While popular, the Q3 has never had the style image and leadership Audi has desired – like the RangeRover Evoque has managed – and is looking to make amends with its newest niche filler.
Japanese Grand Prix 2012: Vettel on pole for Red Bull
Sat, 06 Oct 2012Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel has taken pole position in tomorrow’s Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka, ahead of team mate Mark Webber. It looks like Red Bull have found form again ahead of tomorrow’s Japanese Grand Prix, with Sebastian Vettel taking pole position and Mark Webber in second place. Behind the Red Bulls is Jenson Button in the McLaren, although he’ll actually start five places back after a penalty for changing a gearbox after Singapore – probably wise after Hamilton retired in Singapore after his gearbox gave up the ghost.
