This is a service to REPAIR your CADILLAC STS NAVIGATION RADIO and NOT for sale.

The flat rate repair includes quality control inspection, labor, parts, and one way return ground freight. (Other freight options are available at additional cost).

The flat rate repair charge will cover most conditions except for units that have been subjected to liquid damage or customer abuse. Buyers are responsible for making sure their items are delivered safely for service.

In the case that your control unit does not qualify for the flat rate repair, our customer service representative will contact you to inform you whether or not it is repairable at an additional cost.

If you do not approve the additional cost of repair, we will return the radio to you and refund you the repair fee.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Purchase Repair Service today with eBay.
  2. Once you've purchased the service you will receive (via email) a Repair Order form and shipping instructions. 
  3. Ship your unit to us with your eBay ID written clearly on the OUTSIDE of the shipping box. (Please keep a record of your shipping confirmation as claims regarding lost or stolen shipments will need to be filed with the carrier.)
  4. We will repair and return in most cases the same day received. IF there are any issues with your order, our customer service representative will contact you using the information provided on the Repair Order Form.

WARRANTY:

All repairs are warranted for ONE FULL YEAR starting from the date the radio is shipped back to you.

The warranty covers workmanship or defective parts.

The warranty does not cover liquid damage, customer abuse, attempted repairs, Acts of God, or cosmetic issues.

The collection, which consists of 22 cars dating back to 1938, is designed to explore the history and development of the Porsche lineup up until the present day. Amongst the models are a 1938 Type 64 Berlin-Rom racer, a 1963 Type 901 Prototype, 1969 Type 917 16-Cylinder Spyder Prototype and a 2010 Type 911 Sport Classic Carrera.
