Striking new Kia concept for Frankfurt

It wouldn’t be a motor show without a wild and outlandish concept car from Kia and it looks like the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September will be no different. Kia has announced details of the as yet unnamed concept that “hints at a possible future B-segment contender ready to take on the urban environment with style and tenacity”. It’s also said to be “playful but gutsy, sturdy yet impish” – so could it be a small crossover?

Chevy Cruze Diesel: As torquey as a classic Camaro?

From the Department Of Silly Press Releases comes this missive from deep within the bowels of the Renaissance Center, Junior Wool-Pulling Division, located next to the Quizno's. Four years after it first appeared at Frankfurt as the Vision EfficientDynamics concept, the BMW i8 super-hybrid has finally been revealed in full production at the 2013 show. Is it enough to spoil the Porsche 918 Spyder’s debut? Er, no.
