DescriptionOur front lift is made from a military grade alloy and is specially designed to mount on top of your factory strut. Using the same design technology, we also developed differential drop spacers measured out specifically for this lift to ensure factory ride quality. Tool Process
Our Spring Force Leaf Spring tool is simple, safe, and fast to use. Install the tool over the spring pack, and tighten down the compression bolt. Loosen and remove the center pin nut, and center pin. Loosen the compression bolt til the springs decompress, and remove the tool. Install the new add-a-leaf in the appropriate location. Replace the tool over the spring pack (you can loosen the two side nuts if the compressor needs to be more open to accommodate the new spring). Insert the new center pin, and begin to tighten the compression bolt to compress the pack. Push the center pin all the way through, and install the nut. Tighten the center pin nut and remove the tool. YOUR ADD-A-LEAF IS NOW INSTALLED AND READY TO GO! Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 deliveries halted
Wed, 07 Mar 2012Hot business over on the forums today: According to GM Inside News, Chevrolet apparently has stopped delivery of the Camaro ZL1 because of an undisclosed issue. The whacking, thwacking, lumberjacking-and-it's-OK pony cars sent to dealers and--according to one poster--delivered to at least one customer are being hauled in for a once-over because of an unspecified possible issue with the potent machines. According to Monte Doran, communications manager for Corvette and Camaro, "We go through a standard quality assessment with every new vehicle and we found what we thought was a potential concern.
AXE WOES
Mon, 04 Aug 2014AN ORDINARY car journey almost turned into a horror film on a highway north of the US city of Boston when an axe smashed through the windscreen of a car. Massachusetts State Police say the axe bounced out of a dump truck. A photo was released showing the axe with a corner of its blade stuck in the passenger side of the car's dashboard.
End of Maybach may jump-start Mercedes S-class convertible
Thu, 05 Apr 2012A couple of nondenial denials from Mercedes-Benz execs at the New York auto show this week sure made it sound like there's a convertible coming, based on the redesigned S-class due out next year. If the brand follows its usual practice, the convertible would come out a year or two after the sedan. Significantly, Mercedes-Benz showed the Ocean Drive convertible concept five years ago with a Mercedes-Benz badge, rather than Maybach.
