This is an original driver side tail light for the 5 series BMW.  It came off of my 2005 545i but fits the 528i, 535i, 545i and 550i for several years.

Tail light is in perfect condition and has absolutely NO DEFECTS OR SCRATCHES.  It was replaced on my vehicle with tinted aftermarket tail lights.

Please do your research to make sure it fits your make and model prior to purchase.
