For Sale: 2005 white Chevy Colorado. AS IS
A great little 2005 Chevy Colorado 4 cylinder 4 on the floor. Terrific truck until August 2015 when another truck rear ended me while I was stopped at a light. Kept the truck even though the collision company totaled it. Has been great since then with regular maintenance care from the same dealer I purchased it. I can give you his name and business number if desired. Truck started running rough a couple months back but was very, very sporadic in nature generally not having any definable issues. 2 weeks ago it quit on me, but started up later so I could drive it home. Kept it in the driveway ever since and on Wed (5-11-2016) I tried to start it and it would not catch. Have recent oil change and tuneup 2 new tires other 2 rotated and new muffler system. I still have the Owners Manual, the original jack etc under the rider seat in a case and there is a good spare and jack. There is minor body damage (check pics) you may be able to see the rider side rear fender is pushed out but no rust and the two places where the bed meets the cab is slightly dented in. (again see pics) Frame was said not to be bent from collision and I can supply the body shop name and number or it might show up on a carfax . The upholstery is nothing to write home about but there are no rips or tears and this was a work truck for me so I was not so worried about glamour. The tailgate is gone because it was damaged, so I had a Bully net placed by my dealer. Took it to Auto Zone about 2 weeks ago when it acted up and it threw a P0449 code but don't know if that is the issue for certain. I am placing all this info in my ad so I get only really interested parties and they know the scoop. All mechanical items radio, air, heat, am/fm radio, vents, windows seat belts and such in the cab work just fine. This is a base model so no fancy electric windows etc. Ready to sell and buy more reliable ride. If you have other questions you can call, text or email. But this time there’s no mistake, and the 2014 version of the VW Golf R – complete with 4WD, we’re pleased to say -will arrive next month at the Frankfurt Motor Show before going on sale in early 2014. Under the bonnet the 2.0 litre petrol turbo delivers a healthy 296bhp (300PS) and 280lb/ft of torque which is sent to all four wheels through VW’s latest Haldex 4Motion 4WD, with the ability to decouple the back axle drive under low load conditions and send almost all the power to the back wheels too when demanded.
