Last-of-the-line Rover Mini Cooper for sale on eBay
Thu, 23 Jan 2014The second-generation ‘new’ MINI Cooper may have just gone out of production, but you can still pick up a new one for £14,900. Alternatively you could wait for the third-gen MINI coming later this year, with prices starting from £15,300. But without wishing to sound too much like Chris Tarrant, we don’t want to give you either of those.
2013 VW Beetle Convertible arrives
Thu, 04 Oct 2012The new 2013 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible has been revealed ahead of a launch at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November. The new Beetle Convertible is due to bow in at the LA Auto Show in November but VW obviously decided it was pragmatic to get an early reveal out of the way before the new Bug soft top trickled on to the Interwebs of its own accord. What we get is what we expected (although we did hold out a little hope the new Beetle Cabriolet would look more like the E-Bugster Cabriolet Concept); a convertible version of the 2012 Beetle with a pram style soft top that sits on the boot.
Mitsubishi Concept PX-MiEV (2009) unveiled
Thu, 01 Oct 2009By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 01 October 2009 15:20 This is the Mitsubishi Concept PX-MiEV, the Japanese car company’s star attraction at this month’s 2009 Tokyo motor show. The concept tag is obvious, but the PX part designates the show car as a plug-in hybrid crossover, and MiEV stands for Mitsubishi innovative Electric Vehicle. Externally the PX-MiEV drops heavy hints towards the styling of the next Outlander, but Mitsubishi has pared back the design and purposely avoided adding the 'rugged'’ elements so common to SUVs.
