For sale is a 2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 6X6 Cylinder. It measures 3.620" or 92mm. It is in good condition and was removed from a running engine. It does have one very small nick on the edge of the sleeve that should in no way effect its use (see last 2 pictures).

I have Frames, Fenders, Racks & Tires for these for the models listed below. They are to large for me to ship but are for sale for local pickup. Let me know what you need and I can send pictures and price.

If there is any other parts you are looking for that I don't have listed just send me a message to see if I still have it. Thanks

I deal mostly with Polaris ATVs from 1985-1999 but have some newer ones. I have parts off of over 50 ATVs and usually have over 15-25 complete units on hand that are awaiting disassembly. If there is something you are looking for let me know. Thanks

If you feel that any part is not as described contact me right away and I can replace most parts with a different one.

Used Parts

The dictionary defines the word "used" as follows: "Not New, Previously Owned". With that being said, this is a "used" part. I will always do my best to make sure the parts that I sell are in good usable condition. I test all ATVs and all functions before I tear them down. If a part test bad and unusable it is thrown out. I also clean most parts so I can inspect before taking pictures and listing. I have no interest in selling you a part that you can't use, but you have to keep in mind this is a used part and may need to be cleaned or serviced in some way prior to re-installation.

***Bearings, Bushings, Gaskets, Seals, Clutch Plates, Sprockets, Pistons, Rings, and Brake Pads are all considered "wear parts" and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated in the description that they are good***

.*ALL PARTS SHOULD BE INSTALLED BY AN EXPERIENCED MECHANIC - I will not be held responsible for part failure due to poor installation

How South America designed the Ford Ka

Thu, 31 Jul 2014

The Ka Concept was shown at the São Paulo auto show in Brazil in November 2013, and was revealed in production form last week. It marks the first time the Ka has reflected the broader brand homogeneity of the 'One Ford' design strategy, and continues the Ka's shift in direction from the distinctive original. The new car is the work of Ford's South American design studio in Camaçari, Brazil - its second 'One Ford' car, following the EcoSport. But while the crossover enters a new segment, the 17-year history of the Ka nameplate in Brazil gives an insight into how the demands of the local market have taken precedence over design iconicity.

2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 spied

Mon, 23 Sep 2013

The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is heading to dealerships now, which means it's a perfect time to start salivating over the prospect of an even more extreme take on an American classic: The 2015 Corvette Z06. These spy photos give us a hint at what to expect when Chevy gets around to announcing the car. From the look of it, the next Z06, which some sources suggest may be called the Z07, will be even meaner looking than the base Stingray.
