This is a Buy It Now auction for a 6.0L Ford Super Duty Powerstroke welded EGR cooler delete. It will only fit '04 1/2 and '05-up powerstroke with a square cooler as the one pictured in the gallery photo. '03 and early '04 have a round cooler and those mount differently. There are several advantages to using this type of cooler, the greatest one in my opinion is it allows the exhaust system to remain stable and not vibrate which eventually causes the bellows on the up-pipes to crack then leak. Not a fun issue to resolve. This cooler has been tig welded by a pro and this cooler was not leaking when it was removed from the engine it was installed on. This item requires installation by a trained professional familiar with the 6.0 Powerstroke. Sold outright, no core exchange required. If you have any questions please phone 605.334.2008 any time. Due to this diligence we have not had a single freight claim for any items shipped, other than 2 that were completely lost by the carrier in the past 5+ years . Please request insurance if you want it prior to paying for your item, otherwise no insurance will be provided other than the minimum, if any, of what the carrier automatically provides. Seller will not be responsible nor offer an adjustment for damages to product caused by the carrier in the shipping process when normal packaging procedures per our rigid standards are used and if no additional insurance is requested by purchaser.
