wear and tear (minor scrapes and scratches). However, These Wheels are in decent used condition...SEE PHOTOS!!
There are a few places were the paint is worn off, nothing major and nothing that harms the structural aspect of the item, but again, please use the
photos for exact cosmetic description. Please
do not expect a perfect wheel on a used item and description. The only
way to guarantee an absolute perfect wheel is to purchase a brand new
one. We can assure you this item does NOT have any structural damage,
NO dings, NO bends, and NO cracks, and is STRAIGHT and TRUE on the
balancer. We
use the up-most caution when shipping our items. Most wheels are
double boxed and we use plenty of packaging (foam, plastic rings around
the rim, extra cardboard, etc.) to ensure a safe arrival. I am proud to
say we have never had any claims of freight damage to our items. Our
policy is: items will ship within 48 hours of received payment.

Paine also wrote and directed the contentious 2006 documentary Who Killed the Electric Car? That film followed the GM EV1 electric vehicle from buyer's hands to the junkyard when the company controversially collected and destroyed them all.
Penske said to be considering bid for GM's Saturn
Tue, 05 May 2009Roger Penske is considering a bid for General Motors' Saturn brand, a source familiar with the auto entrepreneur's plans said today. Penske is studying the issue but has made no proposals, said the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity. Penske, whose Penske Automotive Group dealership chain distributes Daimler AG's Smart microcars in the United States, is the second entity known to have an interest in Saturn.
