I bought these a few months ago from www.pfyc.com and never used them. When I bought my 2009 Pontiac Solstice back in March of this year, one of the stock grill was cracked. I intended to have these stainless steel ones installed, however, I ended up having the cracked grill insert replaced through the dealer. I just wanted to keep the car stock. These are still in the original box they came in! I paid $185 plus shipping for them. They would look awesome on any Solstice! Please ask any questions before buying. Thanks for looking.

Audi Urban Future Summit: Interactivity in the future city

Tue, 15 Nov 2011

The Audi Urban Summit is an international convention bringing together experts on urban mobility and development to discuss one central question: Which energies and forces will change the city of the future in 2020 – and what relationships will exist between these forces? Held in Frankfurt, just prior to the city's auto show, the summit aimed to hold an open discussion that was ‘free from preconceptions about how cities and mobility can be shaped in a suitable and sustainable way in the future'. Workshops focused on three key themes: Energies of data, energies of social relations and energies of resources.

College Exhibition: Coventry University Degree Show 2007

Wed, 27 Jun 2007

Undergraduate students from Coventry University's Transportation Design program had their initial show in the end of May this year, but the range of projects was so vast that a selection of work from the annual degree show was then chosen and displayed in Coventry Transport Museum on June 15. Car Design News was there to see what had been selected. Inspired by the Alfa BT4B with which Niki Lauda won the Swedish Formula One Grand Prix in 1978, Stephan Everwin created a modern interpretation of the 'Fan Car'.  Its rakish lines all culminate in a smooth aerodynamic shape that incorporates a huge fan between the rear wheels creating a massive vacuum under the car providing downforce at high speed.

Mark Adams on the Past, Present and Future of Opel Design

Tue, 08 Jul 2014

Back in 1938, GM showed the world's first concept car: Harley Earl's Buick Y-Job. Twenty-six years later, GM's Opel division became the first mainstream carmaker to design and build a concept in Europe. That car was the Opel Experimental GT, designed in 1964 and launched at the Frankfurt motor show in 1965.
