Chrysler beefs up holiday incentives
Fri, 20 Nov 2009Chrysler, seeking to boost sales after a dismal October, launched a major new incentive campaign Friday. Chrysler timed the announcement so dealers could place ads in their local media outlets over the weekend and ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday period. The incentives take effect today and run through Jan.

Thu, 18 Aug 2011This is the new Porsche 911, and these images have been leaked ahead of the car’s official debut at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show in September. This Porsche 911 actually looks a little different to the current rear-engined icon… Codenamed 991, the new 911 is all-new, and while the silhouette is instantly recognisable (and we’d swear those doors are identical) the bow and stern are obviously altered. It’s the rear that’s changed the most, with ultra-slim LED lights and a much wider but more neatly integrated pop-up rear spoiler.

One of the big let-downs of Yank-Tanks has always been the poor interior. With dashboards that look (and feel) as if they’ve been made out of recycled Fairy Liquid bottles, and more shake, rattle and roll than Bill Haley, the interiors were always one of the main reasons us Brits just couldn’t live with the cars.
