Up for auction is an almost new Magnuson supercharger for the 6.1 Hemi Jeep srt-8.
This unit was installed on my wife's Jeep approximately 8 - 10k miles ago........only removed because she wants to trade in for a new srt-8(yes... she is spoiled:)........The system performed flawlessly the entire time with no check engine light and no issues whatsoever ..... This is a COMPLETE KIT as shipped from Magnuson, including detailed instructions, tuner for reprogramming the PCM, stickers(I never used), etc.......The only thing you will need is two 1/4" dowl pins(explained in instructions)...I did not take these out as they are cheap and easy to find at almost any parts store. Ford Escort returns – for China: Shanghai Motor Show
Sun, 21 Apr 2013The Ford Escort Concept has been built by Ford with the aim of taking a sizeable chunk of China’s compact saloon market – estimated at 5.5 million sales a year – and looks remarkably production viable and far from ‘budget’. Escort is a badge China knows – there are plenty of old Escorts floating around Chinese roads – so it’s a sensible move by Ford to revive a badge that already resonates as a compact, affordable saloon with Chinese car buyers. This new Escort gets a proper version of Ford’s latest design language – including the Aston Martin grill – and has good lines and strong detail including jeweled headlights with the lucky Chinese ’8′ discernible ; it looks entirely cohesive and nothing like a Focus with a boot grafted on.

California rules give push to 'green' vehicles in the near future
Fri, 27 Jan 2012California regulators on Friday approved a plan that would require 15.4 percent of new vehicles sold in the state be electric, fuel-cell or plug-in hybrid vehicles by 2025. The rule--supported by major automakers--is part of a broader package of regulations called the Advanced Clean Car program designed to cut vehicle greenhouse gas and smog-forming emissions. The sweeping new auto emission standards could mean 1.4 million electric, fuel cell and plug-in hybrid vehicles on California roads by 2025.
