Vw Passat 2009 used oem trunk release emblem latch. Latch should fit 2006-2010 models. Consult with your dealer to verify fitment for other applications.
Trunk release is in excellent working condition. Emblem pivots smoothly when depressing emblem to open trunk. Hinge points are firm and tight. Black finish has a nice gloss. Vw chrome emblem is mirror bright/shiny finish with only very faint superficial wear. Rubber weather seal is soft and pliable with no cracks or splitting. Mounting holes and tabs are complete and intact. Wire harness/receptacle is in great shape with no cracks or breaks. Brass connector pins are straight and clean for a good electrical connection.
