Warranty:           Our parts are individually inspected and everything is described/pictured to the best of our abilities. This being said, we are human and may make mistakes. Should this occur, we will do our best to correct the problem in a timely manner.  We will accept returns within 14 days from the day the item was delivered for a 20% restocking fee if the mistake was not on our part.

 

Shipping:              We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states only (Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico contact us for additional shipping charges.) Most of the items we sell are shipped out via UPS Ground.  The smaller packages get shipped out via USPS First Class if the item meets the 13 ounce weight requirement. Oversized items or items weighing over 150 lbs will be delivered by freight.

 

Freight Customers:    When purchasing item that will clearly be freighted, we ask that you provide us with a business address (must have forklift) and a phone #. That way, we can have the item delivered straight to the business address. If a business address is not available, the item will be shipped to a freight company terminal in your area and you will be required to pick up the item from there. The Phone# is a must, in order for the freight company to get in touch with you when the item will arrive or if any problems arise.

 

International Customers:  Please contact us before bidding on the item to discuss additional shipping costs or if we can even ship this item to you. Shipping is more expensive and it may take a few weeks or longer to deliver.

Ford's NA Design Director aims to shorten product lifecycles

Peter Horbury, Ford Motor Company North America Design Director, has told Automotive News he intends to shorten product lifecycles at the ailing company from an average five years to three years starting this decade. "We feel there is no value in minor changes but a huge value in major changes," Horbury told the industry weekly. Ford needs to ensure that buyers continue visiting showrooms as the giant automaker struggles to retain market share.

Infiniti to build new Mercedes A Class based model in UK

The new Infiniti premium hatch, based on the underpinnings of the new Mercedes A Class and looking like the Etherea Concept, will be built in the UK. Infiniti announced only yesterday that it is introducing a new nomenclature for its cars (Q for saloons/coupes and QX for SUVs/Crossovers) and all new cars will come with a Q at the beginning followed by a number to denote its hierarchy in the Infiniti range. Where exactly that leaves the name of the new ‘baby’ Infiniti, we’re not exactly sure (Q30 or Q40 seems the most likely), but we are pretty sure what it will look like and what will be under the skin.
