Aston Martin CC100 open 2 seater on the way

Aston Martin has revealed it is to build a limited run of two exclusive CC100 Roadsters to celebrate its centenary year. Aston Martin’s last ‘Limited Edition’ was the £1 million plus One-77 which helped Aston put some much needed funds in their bank account. The One-77 was a custom made car with a custom made price but now, with Aston Martin celebrating its centenary year this year, they’re about to build a new concept car – the Aston Martin CC100 – that’s based on the V12 Vantage but with an open roadster body.

2010 Chevrolet Equinox to emphasize fuel economy

Unlike the previous generation which only came with a V-6 engine, the redesigned Equinox comes with a base 2.4-liter direct injected four-cylinder engine. Customers can get a V-6 option. Land Rover are planning a new Defender to launch in 2012 As always, the Defender is going to be the traditional Land Rover as – unlike the rest of the Land Rover Range which is moving over to aluminium platforms – the new Defender will be based on the existing – and very capable – current model Discovery platform. The use of the T5, twin rail steel chassis from the Discovery is vital if the Defender is to continue to offer the range of body styles currently available – including hard and soft tops – which make the Defender the versatile work horse it is. But the Defender will still be going on a diet and will be a lighter car than the current Model.
