Buyers... please...   understand, fully, the very serious implications of the DSR Stars system...

Unless there is a real problem with your transaction, which the Seller will not respond to and work out with you (for a satisfactory outcome), please, leave Positive Feedback & 5 Stars in all areas.

Just a couple of those 1's or 2's, or even a few 3's, will quickly put a small Seller out of business.   The 4's can very quickly cost the Seller all of the various Discounts they have worked so very hard to earn.   And, along with that, cause their Listings to not show up in Searches.   These nasty effects of each "ding" linger for 3 to 12 months !!

One of the most frequent & frustrating for a Seller is this sequence:

Post Office sets the rates for Postage (Seller cannot pay them less to ship it), eBay takes 9% or 10 % from the Seller from what they list for the Shipping & Handling charge, Seller has to buy the packaging materials (boxes, bubble, tape, labels, printer ink, etc.)...

so, Seller puts into the Listing their Shipping & Handling charge, letting the Buyer know before they ever  Bid or Buy exactly what the S & H Charge (& thus their Total Cost for the Item) will be...

then, the Buyer agrees to those same Terms Of Sale, pays exactly the Total Cost they have agreed to pay, and receives the Item exactly as described...

and then turns around & rates the Seller at less than 5 Stars for the Shipping Cost !!!!!!!!

The smaller volume "Mom & Pop" USA-based Sellers (mostly retirees, disabled, under-employed working poor, or at-home parents)  are the ones who are hardest hit by low DSR's or Neutral/Negative Feedbacks, while many of the huge (many of them Asian overseas) Sellers gleefully absorb them into their high volume.

So, please, be kind & fair.   Understand that the eBay system functions in such a way as to punish a Seller for DSR's less than 5 Stars.  (And, the percentages involved mean serious financial hits to the little people who can least afford it.)

In the real world, 3 out of 5 would be Okay ~ but, in the eBay world, 3 out of 5 will mean Out of Business.

Please... Save the dings for those very few Sellers who actually scam & steal & lie & knowingly sell junk they describe as perfect & don't give a darn about getting your purchase to you in good order.

And, always give your Seller a fair & reasonable opportunity to work with you before you leave any DSR Stars at 4's or lower, or a Neutral/Negative.

All new Genuine Nissan parts carry a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty(whichever comes first) which is strictly handled by us at maximasalvage and NOT Nissan North America

Cadillac at Geneva

Wed, 05 Mar 2008

By James Foxall Motor Shows 05 March 2008 13:57 What’s new on Cadillac’s Geneva Motor Show stand? It was a festival of silver on the General Motors brand’s stand. But even combining anonymity in colour with gloomy lighting couldn’t hide the lack of new product.

2014 Hyundai Genesis: First photos ahead of Detroit debut

Thu, 24 Oct 2013

First photo of the new Hyundai Genesis However far Hyundai has come in the UK and Europe in the last few years, they still don’t think Europe is ready for their range-topping saloon – the Hyundai Genesis. But that could be about to change with the arrival of the 2014 Hyundai Genesis, which Hyundai has started to tease with the release of the first photos of their new car ahead of a debut at the Detroit Auto Show. Looking like a slightly tamer version of the Hyundai HCD-14 Concept we saw at Detroit at the start of the year, the new Genesis gets Hyundai’s latest Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design language which brings with it a new Audi-esque front grill (well, Hyundai/Kia’s design guru, Peter Schreyer, did come from Audi) as well as a sleeker, more elegant style.

Chrysler readies new-product binge

Mon, 09 Aug 2010

Chrysler Group dealers, starving for new products, will get a banquet of nameplates in three years--a startling change for a company that narrowly missed going out of business. Up to 25 models will be vying for customers' attention in 2013, when new, Fiat-based models are scheduled to arrive. The automaker now has 17 nameplates.
