I am selling these used GT500 Torch Red painted side skirts. These fit Mustang model years 2007-2009 but may fit earlier years. I bought these used and never mounted them. It has a good finish but not perfect (see Photos) and can go right on the car. It could also be repainted to match your color too.  Save MONEY and buy these in place of new. A few under car mounting tabs need JB Weld, fiberglass or epoxy to fix the tear in the tab, easy cheap fix. But there are plenty of other perfect tabs around these too. These are not fiberglass. It might be urethane or some other type of plastic since it has a little flex to it.
