A NEW BLACK CAB is set to make an appearance on the streets of London with the arrival of the Nissan NV200 Taxi. The NV200 Taxi has been developed in London by Nissan and is now undergoing real-world trials in the capital. Nissan says the NV200 will make a more environmentally friendly cab on the city’s streets thanks to its 1.6-litre petrol engine.

And that’s exactly what Mazda are doing with the new Mazda3. The ‘Mazda Route3 – Hiroshima to Frankfurt Challenger Tour 2013′ will see eight new Mazda3s setting off from the Mazda factory in Hiroshima, heading for Russia, through Belarus and Poland before ending up in Frankfurt, Germany.

THE WINNER of a computer game competition is now headed for the real world of Formula One with World Champion Sebastian Vettel’s Infiniti Red Bull racing team. Jann Mardenborough won Nissan’s competition to find a new racing driver by beating his rivals on a racing simulator game. His prize was a seat in a variety of racing cars since his victory in 2011 and now he will race in the GP3 series, which is the recognised route to Formula One.
