Payment - All payments must be received within 3 days of auction end, either by Pay-Pal / Credit card over the phone / Bank transfer or CASH over our trade counter. 

Postage - Postal charges are clearly shown within the auction listing. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted. 
International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes.

Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri Only). Once your order has been sent you will receive notification by email. Your goods will be shipped from WA Australia. Goods are normally sent by Post or Toll Ipec 

INJECTOR OLD-UNIT EXCHANGE/SURCHARGE POLICY (ONLY APPLIES IF STATED IN ADD, IF NOT STATED DON'T WORRY) - Old units can be packaged in the box that your new unit arrived in and you will only receive a full surcharge refund if we receive the old unit in serviceable condition.

1. All units must be returned to us within 30 days of invoice / receipt date.
2. All units returned must be like for like and in a serviceable condition (i.e unit must be complete with all parts attached and no physical damage to the injector).
3. The unit must be drained of fuel and placed in a plastic bag.

You are responsible for postage payment back to ourselves.  If you cannot return your old unit within this period it may result in the unit being rejected or only part of the surcharge being refunded (

All surcharge refunds will be put into the account they were purchased from.
