Nissan Townpod concept

Part coupe, part commercial vehicle – according to a Nissan spokesperson we spoke to at the show – the Townpod concept features a clear product aesthetic and the inherent practicality of a van, without resorting to outright utilitarianism. But in the end the unreliability that seems to have crept in to the Red Bulls stopped them from carrying on where they left off in 2009, despite Vettel leading the first F1 Grand Prix of the season in Bahrain for the majority of the race.

In a surprise reveal, the covers have been almost completely removed from the new Porsche Macan compact SUV, prior to its public debut at the 2013 LA Motor Show later in November. What emerges is an SUV that’s a clear evolution of the Porsche Cayenne, but which is also sportier, more sculptural and, well, more Porsche-like.
