Design Contest: Winners of the Interior Motives Design Awards 2004 announced
Fri, 08 Oct 2004After the second press day of the Paris Motor Show, designers made their way to Le Cab nightclub for the announcement of InteriorMotives Student Design Awards 2004 winners. Over 500 atttendees included leading automotive designers, design managers and top executives from automakers, independent designers and design studio personnel, as well as Tier 1 and 2 suppliers. This annual competition gives the opportunity for students to submit their work for viewing by a prolific file of judges.
Finalists announced in exterior phase of CDN-GM Interactive Design competition
Thu, 24 Nov 2011The exterior phase of the CDN-GM Interactive Design competition closed on the November 7th, with over 150 entries from design students based in the USA and Canada, making it our most popular interactive competition phase so far. After the press days of the recent LA Auto Show, judges and mentors from GM, along with our competition partners Dassault Systèmes, Faurecia and SRG Global, gathered at GM's North Hollywood advanced design studio to pick the finalists. Those chosen will be invited to attend the 2012 NAIAS in Detroit, along with finalists from the interiors phase, and on the second press day, interiors and exterior winners will be announced for each brand.

Wed, 01 Oct 2008Jean-Pierre Ploué, Citroën Styling Director since 2000, has been appointed Director of Styling for the entire PSA Peugeot Citroën Group effective October 1. In this capacity, he will lead all of the Peugeot and Citroën styling teams, which have been consolidated at the Group's Automotive Design Network facility in Vélizy since 2004. This combined Peugeot and Citroën design center provides effective support for the Group's commitment to strengthening and differentiating the two brands' styling universes, a process that was initiated by Chairman Christian Streiff as part of the dynamic of the CAP 2010 program.
