Brand new, never raced. #25 of 50 Mustang Cobra Jets built to race Stock Eliminator and celebrate the 40th anniversary of Fords win at the NHRA Winter Nationals in 1968. The car has the full graphics package as the only option available. The only color offered was white with charcoal gray interior. This CJ features the 5.4 supercharged engine with a 6 speed manual transmission, Bogart light weight wheels with Goodyear front runners and slicks. The chassis has a full roll cage, drive shaft loop, Ford Racing tachometer and gauges, special shifter and custom racing seats with racing seat belts. This CJ has been stored in a heated and air conditioned private Ford dealers collection and is in as built condition. The car includes the computer tuning tool, engine lift hooks, Ford Racing Cobra Jet jacket and cap, car cover and all ordering and delivery paper work. The inside of the trunk lid is autographed by the Ford Racing and Roush employees who were instrumental in engineering and building the CJ's. The car is not street legal. There is no title. The cars were sold on a Ford dealers parts invoice. This car is a time capsule with the shipping plastic still on the bumpers and carpeting. Payment by bank wire transfer.

Fiat chief tours Chrysler headquarters

CEO Sergio Marchionne and a team of Fiat senior executives visited Chrysler LLC headquarters in Auburn Hills, Mich., on Saturday morning, according to a letter to Chrysler employees from CEO Bob Nardelli. The Fiat team visited a display of vehicles in Chrysler's design dome and met with Nardelli; Tom LaSorda, co-president; Frank Klegon, executive vice president of product development; Frank Ewasyshyn, executive vice president of manufacturing, and other executives.
