This panel is in great condition other than having a fixed crack on thr top right lip (see pics). No 4x4 switch but does have cigarette lighters. Please review pictures as only this piece is included and sold as is. Purchased for a 2005 and was slightly different and would not fit without slight modification. Thanks for viewing! Despite still strong sales, VW is now forecasting lowered sales going forward than previously expected and looking at ways to keep costs in check until the economy starts moving in the right direction again. And one of those cuts seems to be the launch of luxury SUVs by Bentley and Lamborghini.
