Factory original (and very scarce) service manual set of 3 books, as used in the dealership service area.

Published for 2009 year, Should be valid for all years of the 2nd generation, 2003-2008.

Excellent clean condition showing just light use, including just slight scuffing on the cover of volume one, too light to be seen in the photo, and slight cover curl as well, so not quite mint.  I rate the set 8.5 - 9 on a 1 - 10 scale, very nice indeed.

As I compose this ad, I note just one other offerings of this set on ebay at $399.20.  Helm (Toyotas printer) price on the set is $378.22   I will price mine much lower, as I have just this one to sell, take advantage.

I clean and detail each and every book that I sell, to make it the best that it can be.  I also take care in packing, as I would want you to do if you were shipping to me.

Ships at 15 lbs, I will help with shipping costs, 48 state continental USA only.

Kia uses wind power to lower emissions and boost economy

Wed, 01 Apr 2009

Kia's new Aero-Soul concept utilises wind power to lower emissions and boost economy [ad#ad-1] In a dramatic, and very cost effective manner, Kia has revealed the new Aero-Soul concept, which aims to drastically reduce Co2 emissions and improve economy by harnessing the power of the wind, in a low-cost solution called Air Propulsion and Retardation Installation Line. In simple terms, the A.P.R.I.L system uses small sensors built in to the front and rear of the car to monitor wind forces, and deploys wind chutes at the front or rear of the car to aid in braking or forward propulsion. So at cruising speeds if the wind behind the car is strong – such as in winter gales – the panels will harness wind power to provide forward motion.

Last McLaren P1 was sold on Sunday, says Ron Dennis

Thu, 14 Nov 2013

The McLaren P1 Supercar (pictured) is now sold out The LaFerrari may have sold out before it was even revealed, but with a long history of hypercars from Ferrari, that’s no surprise. But the McLaren P1, although a direct descendant of the fable McLaren F1, didn’t have the benefit of a long history of hard-core wealthy clients to call on for its sales, so McLaren has had to wait a while to complete sales on their entire run of 375 cars. But now they’ve done it.

Ford Energi drivers use all-electric mode 60 percent of the time

Tue, 30 Jul 2013

Ford has noticed quite a few interesting things by researching how owners use their Ford plug-in hybrids. It appears that Ford owners are driving their hybrids in electric mode nearly 60 percent of the time, using their cars' 21 miles of gas-free all-electric range. This figure contrasts quite a bit with the 41 percent of all-electric drive time earlier in the year, demonstrating that winter driving patterns differ quite a bit from summer driving.
