Rosberg & Hamilton make it a Mercedes front row: Spanish Grand Prix (2013)
Sat, 11 May 2013Maybe Lewis Hamilton wasn’t as daft as we all thought jumping ship from McLaren and heading off to Mercedes F1. When we all thought the Mercedes F1 team didn’t have a chance of doing anything special in 2013, Hamilton and Rosberg have proved the 2013 car is a strong contender, and in final qualifying for tomorrow’s Spanish Grand Prix they’ve locked out the front row. Rolls-Royce Wraith revealed: Geneva Motor Show 2013
Mon, 04 Mar 2013The Rolls Royce Wraith has been revealed as a 624bhp V12 Fastback with 590lb/ft of torque and a 0-60mph of 4.4 seconds. Rolls Royce claim the Wraith as the most dynamic car they’ve ever produced and, even though it is still the size of a football pitch, it actually sits on a shortened Ghost wheelbase with a wider track to make it a bit more nimble. Rolls Royce has also stiffened the Ghost’s suspension for the Wraith (although not too much) for a bit less roll and added a bit more weight to the steering.
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi: has Ferrari sold out?
Tue, 20 Jul 2010It's 100 days to go until the world's first Ferrari theme park opens, and the money-spinning brains behind Ferrari World Abu Dhabi have revealed some of the attractions on offer. It's set on Yas Island, a 2500-hectare island dedicated to leisure, entertainment and lifestyle and is licensed out from Ferrari, who have no hand in its running. It's pure licensing profit for Maranello. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi: sounds like a franchise...Yes, it does, doesn't it.
