You have 14 days to return your item, the 14 days period starts when you receive your item.              

There are different reasons for returns please see the scenarios below to see which applies to you.              

Scenario 1- Our items are accurately described so you know what you are buying, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or you changed your mind you are entitled to a refund minus the original shipping fee (even if your item shipped for free we still paid for it) , shipping back to us is your responsibility, make sure you provide us with a tracking number so you can prove delivery, if you don't supply us with a tracking number and your item gets lost we will not be responsible. Make sure your return is well packaged. Insuring the shipment is your responsibility if we receive an item that's been damaged along the way we will deny your refund.               

Scenario 2- Yes mistakes do happen we try not to make any mistakes with wrong shipments. If you have received the wrong item due to our shipping error we will send you the correct item. We will send you a return label via e-mail , once you have dropped the return package in a mail box or to your local USPS post office and we can track the shipment we will immediately ship the correct item back to you.              

Scenario 3- This applies mostly to our audio cables, aux adapters. Item does not work or item does not fit. We describe our items to the best of our knowledge and according to the manufacturers compatibility lists  but due to the wide variety of car radios with any car makes if you receive an item that doesn't fit correctly and it is advertised for your car we will work with you to see what is wrong and see if there's a solution to the issue, if there isn't a solution We will send you a return label via e-mail , once you have dropped the return package in a mail box or to your local USPS post office and we can track the shipment we will immediately refund you.
