This item has been pulled from a 2013 Toyota Tundra donor vehicle.  Item does not have any marks or broken tabs, this is a fantastic piece with a 30 day No hassle Warranty. It has been tested before removal. Please confirm part numbers to your own. We do not have any harnesses  or conversion harnesses for this item.
