This light fits the following model vehicles:
ALTIMA (HALOGEN) SEDAN
2002-2005
LEFT DRIVER SIDE

HEADLIGHT CONDITION:
-All mounting tabs are in perfect condition 
-The only issue with this light is a stress crack in the lower edge of the lens. 
-This is barely noticeable and will not affect the performance of the light. Absolutely no leaking! 
-The lens is in very nice condition (No scratches or pitting) 
-The light is used so it will show light wear from normal driving conditions
-The light pictured is the light you will receive
