This auction is for a good used right rear door handle assembly with the inner mechanism and outer handle and cap - genuine VW part, not aftermarket junk.  List price from the VW dealer is $200.00.

This may fit other models / years as well, but check the part number with the dealer to be sure.

 

 The handle is used but in good condition – There is a slight rub mark that should just rub out, or you can paint it to match your car. This includes the inner mechanism and the outer handle and cap. Just bolt in to replace your damaged or not working one.

Volvo Greatest Drive Winner – The Lake District You may remember we reported in June that Volvo had gone slightly bonkers and decided to give away a brand spanking new S60 to whoever submitted the ‘Greatest Drive’ on Facebook; the route that offered not just great scenery but a great driving experience too. And Volvo didn’t skimp on the competition, with not just an astonishingly good prize but also the services of Robert Llewellyn to drive an S60 round the three routes initially voted the best (curious, that – we didn’t know Bobby could drive a car without an electric motor), with videos posted so Volvo’s Facebook fans could make a proper decision on what really was the ‘Greatest Drive’. And the winner was ‘The Lake District’.

Public supports 20mph urban speed limits

78% of people think 20mph speed limits should be introduced as the norm in residential areas, around schools and in town centres, according to road safety charity Brake. It comes as the charity introduces its GO 20 campaign, calling on politicians to support changing the default urban speed limit to 20mph.
