Bugatti will continue to produce the world's fastest cars - and that's a promise by the new chief executive of Bugatti. Wolfgang Durheimer, who took over as combined boss of Bugatti and Bentley in spring 2011, told CAR that being the fastest was a cornerstone of the modern Bugatti philosophy. Porsche is reportedly planning a spiritual successor to the front-engine, rear-drive 928 coupe, according to U.K. magazine Autocar. The new grand tourer, which could wear the 929 nameplate, will be based on a shortened version of the Porsche Panamera platform and will be offered in both coupe and convertible body styles.

Pforzheim University Winter Degree Show 2010

Pforzheim University held its winter degree show earlier this month, taking over the Congresshall complex in downtown Pforzheim again, rather than the school itself, which is situated on the outskirts of the town. The German school's exhibition covered projects from five graduating Masters' students and eight BA students, with an increasing number of interior projects being tackled, especially by MA students.
