2010 Honda Insight Manual. Slightly used but otherwise clean and in great shape. Useful for a whole slew of DIY fixes. It came in handy for finding out how to take things apart and put them back together without breaking anything. This saved me a lot of money that could have gone for simple repairs/maintenance that dealerships routinely rip you off for ($75 to replace a $15 cabin filter?!!!).

Sun, 23 Jan 2011Top Gear Skoda Yeti Helipad We thought that Top Gear had kicked in to the start of a new series – Series 16 AB (that’s ‘After Boring’ Top Gear) – when we had the Three Wise Men Christmas Special and the preceding Top Gear East Coast USA Road Trip. But it was a trick; nothing more than an hors d’œuvre for the new series. But Top Gear series 16 does start tonight – 8pm BBC2 (GMT).
First Sight: Volkswagen Iroc concept
Mon, 28 Aug 2006The Iroc is a show car preview of a production coupe to be launched next year that will fill a gap in the Volkswagen model line up left by the demise of the Corrado 11 years ago. Volkswagen describe the Iroc as "transferring the globally successful Scirocco idea into the future" - the Scirocco Mk1 by Giugiaro being produced from 1974-1982, the Mk2 from 1982-1992. Like the Scirocco, the Iroc is a front wheel drive coupe with four seats - as opposed to the 2+2 seating arrangement of the only other sports coupe from Volkswagen Group: the Audi TT.

Thu, 21 Jan 2010Kia wil preview the Kia Ray Concept plug-in hybrid at the Chicago Motor Show next month Yes, the Detroit Motor Show is only just about done, but waiting in the wings is the rather less fancy Chicago Motor Show (although they probably won’t thank us for describing it as such). But despite Chicago being a lower key affair than Detroit they will still get their share of new stuff. Well, not necessarily new (we reported that North America gets the BMW Alpina B7 which will debut at Chicago) but certainly new to the US.
