This part was removed from a low hour, running, riding 2010 KTM 250 SXF that was ran and tested before being taken apart, so buy with confidence.  This is a used Black Excel front wheel with rotor and tire in great condition.  There are no bends cracks or breaks anywhere on the rim spokes or hub.  The rim has normal wear and tear for a used rim but is in overall great condition, see the pics.  The tire is a BridgeStone Motocross M203 with lots of tread left and the inner tube holds air.  All of the components are in great shape, ready to bolt on and go.  The brake rotor has some light wear but still has lots of life left on it.  Please check out the pics.  Thanks for looking.

-Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to purchasing the part to be sure we can meet your needs. We prefer USPS priority flat rate shipping and can help verify that you will get your part as expected.

-Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping discounts. If you purchase several parts at the same time, contact us before paying for the items and we will provide you with a single invoice for all the parts including shipping. Please do not ask for combined shipping estimates prior to purchasing the parts.  We will only charge you what it costs us to ship the combined items.

-International shipping: You are responsible to pay your country’s customs fees, import duties, taxes, etc. These fees will not appear in the listing and will be charged to you by your country’s customs office. USPS priority mail is usually the best value for international shipping. International shipping can be very expensive for heavy items so please enter your location into the shipping calculator and consider the shipping charges before buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” so please do not ask us to falsify shipping documents.

-Indiana State Sales Tax: We are located in Indiana; therefore, buyers located in Indiana are required by law to pay Indiana state sales tax. This tax will automatically be added on to your invoice if applicable.

-RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. There is a restocking fee for all returns. This fee will equal the cost of the original shipping plus any additional Ebay or Paypal fees incurred as a result of the order. When the return is a result of our error, there is no restocking fee. There are no returns on electronic items because electrical problems elsewhere in your bike can damage components that are placed in the system. We test run our bikes before parting them out to ensure everything is in good working order.
