Tue, 23 Dec 2008By Ben Barry First Official Pictures 23 December 2008 17:34 In January 2009 we’ll see the American car industry wheeze out of its rocking chair and stagger forlornly to the North American Auto Show in Detroit. Volvo tuner Polestar reveals production S60 and V60 models
Wed, 27 Nov 2013It's not every day that we can tell you about a performance-tuned station wagon that is actually coming to the U.S., but today is one of those rare days. Volvo racing and aftermarket tuning specialist Polestar has revealed details of their production versions of the V60 wagon and the S60 sedan, which are bound for the U.S. The S60 and V60's 3.0-liter T6 engine has been tuned to produce 350 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque, which is said to give it a 0 to 62 mph time of 4.9 seconds, on the way to an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph.
Non-starting Nissan LEAFs to be reprogrammed

Not restarting is not exactly a safety issue, so as long as you can actually get your nice new Nissan LEAF to start in the first place there’s no chance it will pack up on you mid-journey (unless you run out of electrickery). But having stumped up at least £10k more than an equivalent ICE car would cost for your LEAF, the least you should be able to expect is it to do what it says on the tin without packing up.
