These are Transformers Edition Sill Plates for a 2010 Chevy Camaro. They are new and never installed in a car before.  They are listed as a 2010 but the Chevy parts department has told me that the Camaro designs have not changed that much so they would more than likely fit a 2010-2012, but I can't guarantee that.  If your interested in putting these on a different year other than a 2010 I would suggest talking to GM yourself just to be sure. Any questions feel free to e-mail me. Thanks for looking.
