We disassemble the TIPM, replace the defective relay on the circuit board with the most current version from the same manufacturer (NEC/Tokin) with an identical footprint and operating characteristics. We then reassemble the unit and have it waiting to be shipped out immediately to the next customer. Most people do not own the equipment or have the know how necessary to perform this repair. 

This was first brought to my attention when I noticed the need for TIPM's on ebay where I sell new and used car parts. I have seen hundreds of messages online about this problem. Ive been told by customers their local dealer wanted upward of $1200 to replace their TIPM .  Ive therefore come up with a great alternative, Ive stocked up on TIPM's and have them ready to ship. I know you need your car immediately and may not have time to send in your TIPM for repair and wait for it to be shipped back to you. 

With our core exchange, you pay for the TIPM, we ship it out to you immediately and then you receive a core refund when you send your defective one back.


COST OF REPAIRED/USED TIPM ($300-$450)
