READ BEFORE BIDDING:

Payment: Payment is to be RECEIVED no later than 7 days of auction close.

Payment Methods: We Accept PayPal, VISA, MASTER CARD and Discover. Any form of payment that is not instant, will be held for 10 days prior to shipping.

Shipping: Most items are shipped out within 24-48 hours from cleared payment, however can in some rare cases take up to 7 days before it ships.

Shippers: We use FedEx and USPS for most packages; in the event we need to ship freight we use R & L Carriers . All carriers notify our customers with tracking information automatically.

Bidders: If you have a feedback rating of 5 or less, you will need to be approved to bid or your bid will be canceled.

Warranty: All auctions are sold as/is, all sales final and no refunds or returns unless stated otherwise. In any event shipping is NEVER included in warranty or refunds and NO refunds will be issued until return of merchandise at bidder’s expense. (NO WARRANTY FOR OUT OF COUNTRY PURCHASES)

Once we receive feedback from you, you will receive feedback from us. Customer Service: We are very customer service oriented, if there are any problems or questions after the sale, please contact us as soon as possible. In the event something gets damaged in shipping it needs to be reported within 3 days.

Keeping in mind that most of our items are used, therefore signs of wear such as scuffs or scratches may be evident. IF YOU DO NOT SEE SOMETHING IN THE PICTURES IT IS NOT INCLUDED. The stated condition is our honest opinion, your opinion may not be the same as ours, so we recommend looking at the pictures very good, research and asking any questions you have prior to bidding.
