This is an exact OE replacement axle.
Warranty is limited to ATV'S with stock
suspensions. Not intended for lifted vehicles. Altered
suspensions, torn boots, improper installations, abused or altered parts voids
warranty. We will not be held liable for any damages related to any direct or
indirect damages, any consequential damages related to our parts. It is the
buyers responsibility to make sure part fits and is installed properly.

Warranty: Warranty will not be
applied to items installed on vehicles used for racing, commercially, or
modified from the standard suspension. Any part with damage caused during the
installation, damage caused during an accident, torn rubber boots/bushings, or
used in a different manner or application for which it was designed will not
qualify for warranty claim.
To claim warranty:
1) Send your purchase/payment information via e-mail (include
invoice, Transaction ID or receipt ID)
2) RA# will be issued.
3) Send parts to be inspected (follow instruction given when RA#
is issued)
4) Once we receive the parts we have up to one week to have the
parts inspected
5) If you warranty is approved, refer to the next step. If not we
will contact you with an explanation.
6) Pay shipping cost of the new parts to our Pay Pal account (tab
"send money").
Disclaimer: Limited warranty
represents the total liability of our company and we make no other warranty
express or implied including the implied warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect
special incidental or consequential damages nor for inconvenience or loss of
use while the item is being replaced including the cost of a rental car towing
charges legal fees labor costs and any additional part required to remove and
replace the defective part. We will not pay any shipping cost. Customer is
responsible for all shipping costs warranty related or not.
All products returned for
"defective or incorrect item shipped" reason must be returned in the
same condition (never installed, with the corresponding bag and box) as you
have received it. If after inspection we prove that the item was not defective
or was not returned in the same condition we have the right to charge 15% of

ABOUT RETURNING AN ITEM PRIOR TO PURCHASING IT.
If you want to return the item for
refund just because you don’t want it anymore or any other different reason
than defective or incorrect shipped, you must pay the return shipping cost. We
recommend that you keep the tracking number as a proof of delivery because we
are not responsible for package lost and product damaged during the return
process. Once we receive the parts and they are inspected and approved a refund
will be issued during the next business 7 days for the amount that you have
paid minus a restocking fee as follows:
- Item that shipping cost was paid for by the buyer, will be
refunded the payment minus shipping cost and 15% of restocking fee of the
part cost, plus the cost of shipping even if the item has free shipping.
- Item with "free shipping" is NOT free, there is an
actual cost that will be deducted from your refund when returning a part.

Mercedes signs joint venture to build carbonfibre parts
Mon, 24 Jan 2011Not to be outdone by BMW’s joint venture with the SGL Group to manufacturer commercially viable carbonfibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP) for the electric Megacity Vehicle, Mercedes has announced a joint venture with Japanese company Toray Industries to manufacturer and market its on CFRP automotive parts. The deal was signed in Germany today, with Toray taking a 50.1% stake, Daimler holding 44.9% and the remaining 5% being taken by other shareholders. The two companies started working together in March 2010, and while Toray has been working on the materials and moulding processes, Merc has designed the automotive parts and the technologies to join the parts together.

Ford once planned to race fiberglass-bodied Mustang touring cars
Mon, 31 Mar 2014Tucked away on page nine of the May 9, 1964 issue of Competition Press and Autoweek is an intriguing little story: “FIA Rejects Ford Bid for Homolgation [sic].” At the time, the Mustang had just made its world debut, but Ford was already scheming to fold the car into its “Total Performance” campaign. The automaker apparently proposed to do so with a fleet of crazy fiberglass-bodied touring cars. According to Competition Press, Ford tried to get the new Mustang classified as a touring car for international racing.
