New Konigsegg Agera R: Geneva 2012

Tue, 06 Mar 2012

Koenigsegg Agera R Geneva 2012 The new for 2012 Koenigsegg Agera R has arrived on the floor at Geneva 2012 and it looks stunning. We have a big soft spot for the wondrous creations of Christian von Koenigsegg, and the latest versions of the Agera and Agera R bring even more to the party than before. Fri, 07 Mar 2014

A NEW INITIATIVE has been launched to help women protect themselves from aggressive drivers and potential dangers if their car breaks down. The Women in Gear scheme includes an evening workshop course to teach basic maintenance and useful get-you-home tips. These are aimed at helping women sort out minor problems with their car rather than having to wait at the roadside for help.

Rolls Royce 102EX: Electric Phantom revealed

Tue, 01 Mar 2011

Electric Rolls Royce Phantom Rolls Royce has taken the wraps of its experimental electric Phantom at  Geneva – Rolls Royce 102EX –  and they certainly haven’t done things by halves. Rolls Royce engineers have taken the regular engine out of the Phantom and replaced it with a pair of electric motors rated at 145 kWh and possibly the biggest lithium-ion battery bank on four wheels. The Phantom EV uses five lithium-cobalt-manganese-oxide (or NCM) pouch cells which form the shape of the engine and live under the bonnet.
