I am selling a used 2012-2013 Lexus IS250 and IS350, sedan and convertible, xenon headlight for the left/driver side. This light is the type with lines towards the top of the lens (pic#3), which I believe is for the 2012 and 2013 years only, so please make sure that you need this kind of headlight! This light is in great condition with no broken or repaired tabs but there is a very little burned spot on the black chrome inside (pic#6) that's caused by the beam from the projector when the sun shines on it. But this is very common in these headlights and pretty much every headlight has that. Also, there are some spots inside the lens (pics#7&8). This headlight comes with the ballast and xenon bulb which were tested and work, but no other bulbs or covers are included. The LED's have also been tested and work!
