Aston Martin Sale: InvestIndustrial (& AMG) look to have won
Thu, 06 Dec 2012It looks like the sale of a chunk of Aston Martin is going to InvestIndustrial, promising Mercedes AMG technology for AML. Just last week, Aston Martin finally confirmed the the Kuwait Investment Dar was looking to off-load a chunk of its shareholding in AML. And now it looks like a deal is done.

Fri, 08 Jun 2007These are the first pictures of the forthcoming Peugeot 308 that replaces the 307. The car will compete predominantly in the lower medium European C-sector along with the Opel Astra, Ford Focus, the class leading Volkswagen Golf, and its PSA sibling: the Citroen C4. The 308 is expected to make its public debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September and be available at launch in 3 and 5 door hatchback body styles with other variants including an estate to follow. The design builds on the tall proportions established by its predecessor and some of the features that the 207 introduced as well as appearing to have been influenced by some Mercedes designs.
Amelia Island concours celebrates birthday of fake sports car--46 years early
Wed, 19 Oct 2011The fictional Italian grand marque 1958 Pignatelli sports car has joined the lineup for the 2012 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. The 17th-annual event will celebrate the cartoon vehicle's 100th anniversary, 46 years early, in March. "Because all but two people involved with the Amelia Island concours will be dead by 2058, we don't want to wait," concours chairman Bill Warner said.
