This first image of Seat's Geneva show starlet confirm that the Spaniards are again turning yesteryear's Audi A4 into a bargain-basement wagon version of the Exeo. Think of the Exeo ST as Seat's contender in the Mondeo/Insignia estate class, a sector that's new ground for the Barcelona-based car maker.

The jacked-up, coupe-like CX-17 is one of two new models on the way from Gaydon, the other being the ‘X760’-codenamed 3-series rivalling sports saloon. VW to cover maintenance costs for sludge-damaged engines

Volkswagen AG has agreed to pay maintenance costs under a proposed settlement in a class-action lawsuit over sludge-damaged engines in 479,768 VW and Audi models. Judge Joseph Tauro of the U.S. District Court in Boston gave conditional approval of the settlement last week.
