New Mild 2 Wild (M2W) Exhaust Controller

New Mild 2 Wild Exhaust Controller specifically for 2012+ Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.

Mild 2 Wild is FCC and Jay Leno approved!

One of the coolest technologies on Camaro's ZL1 with the "bi-mode" exhaust- quiet when valves are closed but wide open race car sound as the flaps located in the exhaust tips open.  The problem is the inability to control this feature at will.  Until now, your only choice was to pull the fuse or to install wiring and drill a hole for a switch to turn the quiet mode off (similar devices sell for $85).  The last thing you want to do is start running wires and drilling holes.

The revolutionary Mild 2 Wild controller lets you control the bi-mode exhaust system on demand via a small wireless remote or the Homelink feature in your car.  This patent pending product requires no drilling or running wires through your car and it's a simple 5 minute plug and play installation that anyone can do.  Once installed, you will have better control over the exhaust mode.  The "OFF" mode gives you that race car sound 100% of the time.  With "ON" mode, you will have factory exhaust operation as it did prior to installing the mild2wild (valves are open until 1000 rpm, then they close and remain closed until 3000 rpm's or higher, where they open and remain open until redline).

Included in the kit: plug and play wireless receiver, two miniature remotes (batteries included) and detailed installation instructions.

Nissan’s new lightweight philosophy revealed

Wed, 28 Oct 2009

The leaked official drawings of the new Nissan Micra might have revealed the conventional styling of the company’s new supermini, but they gave little clue to the dramatically lightweight new platform that underpins it. The new Micra will be significantly lighter and more fuel efficient than the outgoing car due to a ruthless pursuit of weight reduction on the new V-platform (V = versatile), which on average has slashed 50kg from the new car's weight, and up to 70kg on some models. Project leader Noritaka Tsuru described the new package as a 'breakthrough car' that required a complete 'change in mentality' in how Nissan makes cars.

Honda CR-Z Mugen (2010) first official pictures

Mon, 05 Jul 2010

Since its conception, Honda has been trying to persuade us that its CR-Z isn't merely a woolly hybrid but is in fact a proper sports car. As if to prove the point, Honda has announced that Mugen-fettled versions of the hatch are to be released for the British market. Recently making a splash in the UK with their banzai track-focused version of the Civic Type R, Mugen started in 1973 and specialise in building and tuning Hondas.
