·Warranty: Mopar warranties their parts for 12 months/12,000 miles. Parts can be warrantied at any Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram dealership nationwide, with proof of purchase. Warranty does NOT cover altered, modified, tampered, or abused parts.

·Damages: Carrier is responsible for any damages that occur during shipment. All parts are insured for their actual value. If you receive a damaged item, you will have to contact the carrier in order to fill out a damage claim report and you will be reimbursed from them. Please do not return damaged parts to us as carrier is solely responsible for reimbursement.

Returns: Once you receive the part, you have 14 days to process a request for a return. If you happened to receive an incorrect part, we will resolve the issue immediately, at our expense. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS!!!
