A Bentley worker has told the Sentinel that the Bentley EXP 9 F – the Bentley SUV – is confirmed for production. It obviously didn’t seem like a big deal to the reporter at Staffordshire’s Sentinel newspaper when a Bentley employee told them that the Bentley SUV was going in to production and would guarantee employment for the next 14 years. But it is a big deal.

Yanfeng Visteon is set to reveal its Glide project at Car Design News' Car Design Night in Beijing on 23 April, the evening of the first Beijing auto show press day. The project was developed with fashionable individuals within densely populated Chinese cities in mind, with its approach specifically inspired by Chinese fashion. Yanfeng Visteon, a Tier 1 supplier, describes the vehicle as a response to the question, "What are the unique cultural and design elements to define 'premium' and 'sportiness'?" Shanghai and New York aren't even over yet, but that hasn't stopped Infiniti releasing this teaser sketch of the car it plans to show at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance this coming August. The JX luxury crossover carries styling cues 'such as dynamic and elegant line treatments' over from other Infiniti production models, whilst also drawing from the Essence concept car, sporting the 'crescent cut' greenhouse treatment. Billed as the antidote to 'ho-hum' luxury crossovers, the seven seat JX is said to offer 'exceptional seating flexibility, easy access to the roomy third row, plus the latest in-vehicle technology - challenging the status quo in its class'.
