USING TWITTER, Facebook and other social media could alert thieves to you being out of your house and allow them to break in to take keys and steal your car. The threat of thieves using Twitter to spot car owners who are out for the night or on holiday has been highlighted by Tracker, a company that specialises in stolen vehicle recovery. Jaguar ads 'too focussed on speed'

ADVERTS for Jaguar have been banned for focusing on the cars' speed and encouraging dangerous driving. The four video ads on Jaguar's website showed a car driving at speed through a tunnel and crossing over the single white lines in the middle of a road, before driving across a mountain road at night. Two celebrated performance brands--Mercedes AMG and Cigarette Racing--unveiled a custom Cigarette inspired by the SLS AMG (“Better Than the Original?”, AW, Nov. 30, 2009), at the Miami International Boat Show.
