The great British motorway speed limit debate
Tue, 07 Jan 2014Associated Press As the government plans a 60mph limit on a 32-mile section of the M1, Britain's speed limits are under the spotlight as never before. The lower limit was announced this week as part of a project to improve air quality in Derbyshire and Yorkshire. If approved, drivers will not be able to exceed 60mph between junctions 28 and 35a between 7am and 7pm.
Kia four-door sports sedan concept
Fri, 19 Aug 2011Kia isn't giving much away about its Frankfurt-bound concept car, indeed it hasn't even released its name yet, referring to it as the 'four-door sports sedan concept.' The press release talks of it as 'signalling a distinctive new design direction' for the Korean brand, yet the now-familiar 'tiger-nose' grille and Optima-esque A-pillar/cant rail/C-pillar highlight are very much in evidence. "No matter from which perspective you look at it - this concept car is roaring with energy and ready for take-off," says Peter Schreyer, Kia Motors Chief Design Officer."I believe the car is a strong statement from Kia: we are ready to fast forward to an all new chapter." New Range Rover SOLD OUT in U.S.

That pattern of demand for the new Range Rover seems to be the same in the U.S., with waiting lists of between 6 and 12 months for the first new Range Rover in a decade.
